3. Voice and audio processing

When you use speaking or interview features, audio you submit may be temporarily processed so that it can be transcribed and analyzed for the requested feature. The application is designed to remove temporary uploaded audio files after processing. Transcripts, feedback, progress, or related results may be retained where needed to provide learning functionality and history.

4. Payments

Payments for paid services may be processed through third-party payment providers. WebWisdom may process or retain information necessary to verify a transaction and activate a subscription, such as payment references, order information, plan information, and transaction amount. Payment-card or banking credentials may be handled directly by the applicable payment provider rather than by WebWisdom.

5. Technical and visitor information

WebWisdom may process technical or visitor information needed to operate, secure, measure, and improve the service. This may include identifiers and information such as IP address, city, country, service events, and related usage information.

Information may be used to create and secure accounts, verify email addresses, provide learning and AI features, calculate progress and feedback, manage subscriptions, verify payments, enforce usage limits, maintain service reliability, prevent abuse, investigate failures, and improve the service.
