1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service constitute an agreement between you and WebWisdom and govern your access to and use of WebWisdom's learning, practice, assessment, and AI-assisted services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login credentials secure, and for activity performed through your account. You must not use another person's account without authorization or allow unauthorized access to your account.
3. WebWisdom services
WebWisdom may provide structured English-speaking practice, open-topic conversation, interview practice, AI-assisted feedback, learning resources, assessments, and related educational features. Features may be updated, improved, replaced, or discontinued as the service evolves.
4. AI-generated content and feedback
Some responses, feedback, scores, suggestions, transcriptions, and learning content may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. AI output may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular situation. You should use your own judgment when relying on AI-generated information.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Certain WebWisdom features may require a paid plan or subscription. The applicable price, duration, included usage, and other plan details are presented as part of the purchase process. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Access to paid features is subject to successful payment verification and the limits of the purchased plan.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or harmful content, circumvent usage or subscription limits, abuse other users, or use WebWisdom in a manner that violates applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
WebWisdom's software, design, branding, course structure, original learning materials, and other proprietary service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of WebWisdom intellectual property to you.
8. Service availability
WebWisdom aims to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, infrastructure issues, third-party services, network conditions, or other events may occasionally affect availability.
9. Educational and professional outcomes
WebWisdom is intended to support learning, practice, and preparation. Results, scores, feedback, interview preparation, and other guidance do not guarantee employment, examination results, language proficiency, or any particular professional or educational outcome.
10. Suspension or termination
WebWisdom may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, security, legal compliance, or to address material violations of these Terms.
11. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as WebWisdom and its services change. Where appropriate or legally required, users may be asked to review and accept an updated version before continuing to use relevant services.
